摘要
目的探讨赛胃安联合蛋清防治放射性食管炎的疗效。方法选取2018年1月-2018年6月收治的放射性食管炎患者80例,随机分为对照组、观察组各40例。对照组患者采用普鲁卡因联合地塞米松治疗,观察组患者全程使用赛胃安联合蛋清治疗。比较2组患者病理的分级、治疗的总有效率、在放化疗过程中放射性食管炎发生率及症状严重程度。结果2组患者病理分级无明显差异(P>0.05),观察组患者治疗的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患者放射性食管炎严重程度轻于对照组(P<0.05),对照组患者治疗过程中放射性食管炎发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。结论赛胃安联合蛋清防治放射性食管炎疗效确切,有效降低放射性食管炎的发生率,减轻严重程度。药物安全性高,效果十分理想,临床上值得推广。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Saiweian combined with albumen on radiation esophagitis.Methods From January 2018 to June 2018,80 patients with radiation esophagitis were randomly divided into control group of 40 cases and observation group of 40 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with gentamicin combined with dexamethasone,and the patients in the observation group were treated with the combination of methionine and albumen.The total effective rate,the clinical symptom relief time and the incidence of adverse reactions in the course of treatment between the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The remission of clinical symptoms in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Saiweian and albumen is effective in the prevention and treatment of radiation esophagitis,which can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of the patients.The safety of the drug is high and the effect is very ideal.It is worth popularizing in clinical practice.Keywords:Saiweian;albumen;radiation esophagitis;therapy of integrated medicine.
