摘要
放射性食管炎是胸部及头颈部恶性肿瘤放疗后最常见的并发症,严重影响患者的生活质量。中医药在治疗放射性食管炎中,不仅可以预防放射性食管炎的发生,而且可以减轻其症状,具有调节机体的整体作用。笔者采用竹叶石膏汤化裁治疗食管癌放疗后所致的放射性食管炎,获得了较好的临床疗效。
Radioactive esophagitis is one of the most common complications of the patients after radiotherapy for malignant tumors of chest and head and neck,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has the comprehensive regulatory effect for the treatment of radioactive esophagitis not only by preventing the occurrence,but also by relieving the symptoms and toxic side effects,so as to achieve the holistic regulation of the body.In this article,classic Chinese medicine formula of Zhuye Shigao Decoction was adopted for the treatment of radioactive esophagitis caused by esophageal cancer radiotherapy,and good clinical effect was achieved.
