摘要
放射性食管炎是胸部恶性肿瘤放射治疗中高发的剂量限制性并发症,严重影响患者生活质量及治疗效果。贾英杰教授创新性地提出“黜浊培本”的治疗原则,认为治疗的关键在于斡旋病机,动态辨治,在诊疗过程中把握好“黜浊”与“培本”的关系,达到“阴平阳秘”的状态。
Radiation esophagitis is a high incidence dose limited complication in radiotherapy of thoracic malignant tumors,which seriously reduces the quality of life of patients and the treatment effect.Professor JIA Yingjie innovatively recommended the treatment principle of“Chuzhuo Peiben”.The key of treatment is to clarify the pathogenesis and differentiation of symptoms and treatments.In the course of treatment,the relationship between“Chuzhuo”and“Peiben”is clarified,so that the patient’s body reaches a state of balance.
