摘要
目的观察穴位外敷消炎止痛膏加冰片在防治放射性食管炎中的作用。方法将81例放射性食管炎患者,随机分为试验组41例,对照组40例。对照组予以思密达合剂,试验在对照组基础上予以穴位外敷消炎止痛膏加冰片。观察记录并比较两组患者食管放射性反应、放疗完成情况、症状改善情况、生活质量卡氏评分及患者用药后的不良反应。结果穴位外敷消炎止痛膏加冰片粉对于食管放射性反应,78.05%维持在0、1级反应;放疗完成率、临床症状改善总有效率和生活质量改善情况的稳定提高率为95.12%。结论穴位外敷消炎止痛膏加冰片防治放射性食管炎临床效果显著,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the role of acupoint external applicatibn of antiphlogistic analgesic ointment with borneol on prevention and treatment of radiation esophagitis. Methods Eighty - one patients with radiation esophagitis were randomly assigned into test group （n= 41） and control group （n= 40）. The control group Was applied with simida mixture, and the test group was applied with simida mixture plus acupoint external application of antiphlogistic analgesic ointment with borneoI. The esophagus radioreaction, radiation treatment accomplishment, improvement of symptoms, Karnofsky scoring of living quality, and adverse reaction after drug application were recorded and compared. Results Acupoint external application of antiphlogistic analgesic ointment with borneol had significant clinical effects. As for the esophagus radioreaction, there were 78.05 % on 0 and 1 levels in test group; the radiation treatment accomplishment ratio, total effectiveness of symptoms improvement, and improvement ratio of living quality were 95.12 96. Conclusions Acupoint external application of antiphlogistic analgesic ointment with borneol is significantly effective in prevention and treatment of radiation esophagitis, and it is worthy to be popularized and applied.
