摘要
对板蓝根与南板蓝根及其伪品进行鉴别。分别对样品进行性状鉴别、显微鉴别、置紫外光灯(365 nm)下进行荧光观察、薄层色谱法鉴别,以及采用高效液相色谱法测定板蓝根的特征成分(R,S)-告依春,结果发现较明显的鉴别特征,可鉴别板蓝根与南板蓝根及其伪品。本法简便快速、专属性强。
Radix Isatidis, Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma and its adulterants were discriminated. Samples were distinguished by character identification, microscopic identification, fluorescence observation at 365 nm and thin- layer chromatography. An HPLC method was also applied for the determination of （R,S）-epigoitrin, the characteristic component in Radix lsatidis. The results of above methods showed the simple, fast and specific identification features for the distinguishment of Radix Isatidis, Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma and its adulterants.
