摘要
目的:建立一种高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定板蓝根及板蓝根颗粒剂(制剂)中腺苷的含量。方法:大连依特公司Kromasil C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,甲醇-水(10∶90)为流动相;检测波长为260 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。结果:腺苷在0.1320-1.056μg范围内呈现出良好的线性关系,r=0.9998;平均回收率为101.8%,RSD%=1.49%。结论:该方法简便、快速,测定结果准确可靠,可用于板蓝根及板蓝根颗粒的质量控制。
objective:To develop a determination method for adenosine content in Banlangen and Banlangen granule(preparation) by HPLC.Methods: Eluted with methanol:water(10:90)in a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,adenosine was analyzed under the wavelength of 260 nm in Hypensil ODS C18 column (4.6mm×250mm,5μm). temperature was 30 ℃. Results:Adenosine presented well ordered linear dependence in the range of 0.1320-1.056μg (r=0.9998),the recovery of the assay was 101.8%, the RSD% was 1.49%. Conclusion:The method,accurate and reproducible,is suitable for the quality assessment of Banlangen and Banlangen granule.
