摘要
目的:研究南板蓝根水溶性部位的化学成分。方法:采用多种色谱技术(硅胶、凝胶、HPLC等)对南板蓝根水溶性部位进行分离纯化,利用ESI-MS、1H-NMR和13C-NMR等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果:从南板蓝根水溶性部位共分离得到17个化合物,分别鉴定为:阿克苷(1)、异阿克苷(2)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇-6-O-咖啡酰-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(3)、地黄苷(4)、异地黄苷(5)、2-(3,4-二羟基-苯基)乙基-(6-O-咖啡酰基)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(6)、脱咖啡酰基毛蕊花糖苷(7)、2-苯乙基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(8)、(2R)-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-5-hydroxy-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one(9)、(2R)-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one(10)、7-chloro-(2R)-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one(11)、2-hydroxy-(2H)-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4H)-one(12)、(+)-丁香脂素(13)、(-)-表丁香脂素(14)、(+)-丁香-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(15)、5′,5″-dimethoxy-4″-hydroxy-2,4,6,8-diepoxylignan-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(16)、刺五加苷E(17)。结论:其中,化合物3、9、11、12、15、17为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the water-soluble parts of Baphicacanthus cusia.Methods:Various chromatographic techniques(silica gel,gel,HPLC,etc.)were used to isolate and purify the water-soluble parts of Baphicacanthus cusia.The structures were identified by ESI-MS,1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectroscopy.Results:A total of seventeen compounds were isolated from water-soluble parts of Baphicacanthus cusia,and identified as acteoside(1),isoacteoside(2),3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol-6-O-caffeoyl-β-D-glucoside(3),martynoside(4),isomartynoside(5),2-(3,4-dihydroxy-phenyl)ethyl-(6-O-caffeoyl)-β-D-glucopyranoside(6),decaffeoyl verbascoside(7),2-phenylethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),(2R)-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-5-hydroxy-2 H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4 H)-one(9),(2R)-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2 H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4 H)-one(10),7-chloro-(2R)-2-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2 H-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4 H)-one(11),2-hydroxy-(2 H)-1,4-benzoxazin-3(4 H)-one(12),(+)-syringaresinol(13),(-)-episyringaresinol(14),(+)-syringaresinol-O-β-D-glucoside(15),5′,5″-dimethoxy-4″-hydroxy-2,4,6,8-diepoxylignan-4′-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(16),elentheroside E(17).Conclusion:Among them,compounds 3,9,11,12,15 and 17 are isolated from this plant for the first time.
