摘要
目的:改进南板蓝根的薄层鉴别方法。方法:通过优化前处理及调整色谱条件改进《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版南板蓝根质量标准中的薄层鉴别方法。结果:优化后的薄层鉴别方法提取效果更佳,溶剂毒性更低,且色谱斑点清晰,色谱条件具有广泛的适用性和良好的耐用性。结论:本研究为南板蓝根质量标准提高及监管提供研究基础。
Objective: To improve the TLC identification method of Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix. Methods: The TLC identification method of Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix was optimized by changing the extraction method and adjusting the TLC developing system of the original method adopted by Chp2020. Results: The optimized method had better extraction effect, lower solvent toxicity, clear TLC spots, wide applicability and good durability. Conclusion: The study provided experimental bases for improving the quality standard of Baphicacanthis cusiae Rhizoma et Radix.
