摘要
目的建立超高效液相色谱(UPLC)同时测定茶叶中没食子酸(GA)、茶碱(THEO)、咖啡因(CAFF)、没食子儿茶素(GC)、儿茶素(C)、表儿茶素(EC)、表没食子儿茶素(EGC)、表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)、没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(GCG)、表儿茶素没食子酸酯(ECG)的分析方法。方法以甲醇-水-磷酸为流动相,BEH C18分离,梯度洗脱,230 nm波长检测,结果 10种组分的线性范围为:0.1 mg/L~20 mg/L,回收率在94.9%~102.3%,RSD为0.7%~4.09%。结论方法简便、重现性好,灵敏度高。
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of gallic acid (GA), theophyline (THEO), caffe-ine( CAFF), gallocatechin ( GC ), catechin ( C ), epicatechin ( EC ), epigalloeatechin ( EGC ), epigallocatechin - 3 - gallate ( EGCG), gallocatechin gallate ( GCG), epicatechin - gallate (ECG) in tea by UPLC. Methods The tea extract was separa ted on the BEH C18 column, eluted with methanol - water - phosphoric acid for gradient elution, and detected by UPLC at wavelength of 230nm. Results The linearity of the method was in the range of 0.1 mg/L - 20 rag/L, the recovery rates were 94.9%- 102.3% with RSDs of 0.7% - 4.09%. Conclusion This method is convenient, precise and reproducible. It is suitable for simultaneous determination of aforementioned components in tea.
