摘要
茶多酚是目前公认的对自由基具有卓越清除能力的天然抗氧化剂,广泛用与食品与药品。为了规范保健食品中茶多酚的含量,采用特异性强,简便易行的检测茶多酚的方法是非常必要的。本文概括介绍了目前用于测定茶多酚的化学分析方法:气相色谱法,高效液相色谱分析方法,原子吸收法,分光光度法等测定方法。
Tea Polyphenols is widely used in foods and drugs, and it is a necessary foe the human health. It is important to develop determinative methods that are sensitive ,distin6tive and simple for detining the limit of tea polyphenols in health food. The chemical methods including derivative spectrophotometry, high -performance capillary elecrohoresis, fully Automated chemiluminescent system, indirect determination methods and high -perormance liquid chromatograghy sre ntroduced in this paper.
