摘要
针对高校绩效考核问题,选择了管理岗位、教师岗位、专业技术岗位3类人员绩效工资的测算数据,运用统计方法分析了这3类人员在高校绩效工资分配上是否存在差异性,研究发现:不同类别人员在高校绩效工资分配上存在显著差异,提出完善岗位设置、构建科学的评价机制等建议,为高校绩效工资改革提供借鉴。
In view of problems in performance evaluation,statistic analyses were made of the estimated data of managing,teaching,and technical staff's performance pay to see whether there is difference of pay distribution in these three posts.The result proves significant difference.Some suggestions are made in perfecting post design and constructing scientific evaluation mechanism to provide new perspectives and ideas for reforming performance pay of high school.
