Improvement and application of weighing determination method for employee performance evaluation indexes

摘要 本文在综合运用文献查阅、调查问卷分析和专家咨询等方法的基础上,按照最大隶属度原则确定绩效评价指标,运用并改进了层次分析法(AHP)确定评价指标的权重。将模糊数学的概念引入AHP中构成模糊AHP,建立了员工绩效评价模糊层次综合评价模型,用于企业员工绩效评价指标权重的确定,使定性问题定量化,从而提高了对员工绩效评价的科学性和可操作性。 By integrating the document reference method, questionnaire analysis method and expert advisory method, this paper determined the indexes of employee performance evaluation according to the most degree of membership, and the weighing of each index is fixed through the improving AHP, and the concept of fuzzy mathematics is introduced into AHP to form the fuzzy AHP to make the qualified problem to become the quantified one, thus it improves the scientific characteristics and reliability of the employee performance evaluation.
