摘要
在以往文献的基础上,将高校教学系统分为教学期望、教师要素、学生要素等8个维度,结合初步访谈结果形成了含40个题项的初始问卷,对224名高校学生进行施测,通过探索性分析,修订形成49题的正式问卷。对5 744个高校学生进行施测,得到高校教学系统评价的6个维度,即教学期望、学生要素、教师要素、教学环境、教学满意度和教学忠诚度。经过检验发现,问卷具有良好的信度和效度,可以作为评价高校教学系统结构功能的有效工具。
Based on the previous literatures,the university teaching system is divided into eight dimensions:teaching expectation,teachers' elements and students' elements.Also combining with the preliminary interview results,an initial questionnaire with 40 items is formed,then after premilinary test of 224 university students,the formal questionnaire finally is formed with 49 questions,which was revised according to the exploratory analysis.After testing is finished in the 5 744 university students,there are six dimensions of university teaching system evaluation,including teaching expectation,students' elements,teachers' elements,teaching environment,teaching satisfaction and teaching loyalty.It proves that the questionnaire has the good reliability and validity,and can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the structure and function of college teaching system.
