摘要
本文讨论了高校绩效工资改革过程中,建立有效的薪酬分配制度的必要性,根据年功因素在我国历次工资改革中的应用,提出了年功因素在高校绩效工资分配中的尝试,并分析了所具备的优点和存在的不足。
This paper discusses the necessity to establish the salary distribution system effectively in the process of the performance merit pay reform. According to seniority factors in the application of our previous salary reform, it also puts forward the application of seniority factors in the performance of the merit pay distribution in colleges and universities, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages.
