摘要
T-bet是T-box基因家族的新型转录因子,选择性的表达于Th1细胞,诱导干扰素γ的生成,在Th1细胞的分化中起着决定性的作用,并参与调控机体的免疫应答。随着人们对该转录因子研究的深入,发现T-bet的表达与Th1/Th2比例失衡有着密切的关系,并在多种疾病的发病机制中充当重要的角色。此文就T-bet的生物学特性及其与疾病的联系做一综述。
T-bet is a new transcription factor of T-box gene family, which is selectively expressed in Thl cells and induces the production of IFN-7. As the key transcription factor of Thl, T-bet takes part in the regulation of immune response. Previous studies demonstrated that the differential expression of T-bet closely correlated with the imbalance of Thl/Th2. Thus, T-bet plays a significant role in pathogenesis of many diseases. This review is mainly focusing on the biological characteristics ofT-bet and the relations to diseases.
