摘要
在机体正常的免疫系统中,Th1和Th2型细胞因子通常维持动态平衡的状态,保持机体正常的免疫功能。研究表明,狼疮性肾炎(LN)患者体内普遍存在的Th1和Th2细胞因子网络失衡是LN的主要发病机制,同时可决定疾病的活动程度,而通过调节机体内紊乱的Th1、Th2细胞因子网络,使其恢复或趋于平衡,有利于控制LN的发病及病情的进展。
In the normal immune system,Th1 and Th2 cytokines are usually in a state of dynamic balance and maintain the body's normal immune functions. Study have found that patients with lupus nephritis( LN) have Th1 and Th2 cytokines network imbalance,which is the main pathogenesis of the incidence of LN and could also decide the activity of the disease. Through adjusting the imbalance of Th1 and Th2 cytokines network can control the progress of the disease.
