摘要
推理空间等距原则源于关联理论,该理论从语用的角度来研究翻译。该原则的提出解决了翻译研究的两大难题:一是忠实的翻译应该忠实于什么;二是忠实的翻译要如何来忠实。介绍了如何利用推理空间等距原则检测翻译的忠实程度,说明该原则对翻译具有很强的解释力。
The principle of equal inferential distance is from relevance theory which studied translation from the perspective of pragmatics. This principle can solve two problems in translation. One is what should the translation be faithful and the other is how to be faithful. It mainly introduces the way of apply- ing equal inferential distance to the checking of faithfulness in translation in this paper. It is proved that it has strong explanation power in translation.
