摘要
为探讨环境条件对煤自燃复合指标气体分析法的影响,实验研究了气体流量、升温速率、煤样粒径及氧气浓度对煤自燃过程的影响。研究结果表明,实验条件对复合指标气体仍表现出一定的影响,与单一指标气体分析法相比较,复合指标气体分析法受环境条件波动较小,在煤自燃预测中表现出明显的优势。不同的影响因素对不同的复合指标气体表现出不同的影响,但在整个实验过程中,O2/CO与O2/CO2受实验条件影响较小,并在煤自燃过程中表现出明显的指示作用。
This study involved investigating the environmental conditions affecting the composite index method of gas analysis during coal spontaneous combustion including the effect of gas flow rates,heating rates,particle size and oxygen concentrations during spontaneous combustion.The results showed that experimental conditions still affect the gas composite index.However,the composite index method of gas analysis is less affected by environmental conditions compared with the single index method,which showed advantages in predicting spontaneous combustion.Different factors showed different effects on the composite gas index.In the experiment,O2 /CO and O2 /CO2 were relatively stable and showed significant indicators for spontaneous combustion.
