摘要
官地矿28412工作面拆架的扩循环时间过长,采煤工作面发现CO涌出超限及温度异常,28412工作面具有发火危险。采取了采空区注氮-注浆-注水的联合喷注系统,同时在进风上隅角喷洒阻化剂,实行人机协同监测监控,在采取综合防灭火措施后,回风流CO浓度降低到15ppm,支架后方温度在25℃左右,取得了良好的效果,保证了拆架工作顺利安全的进行。
The cycle time of the dismantling is so long that the CO emission overrunning and the temperature anomaly occur in No. 28412 working face of the Guandi Mine. Therefore, the No. 28412 working face is threatened by combustion hazards. In view of safe production, Guandi Mine adopted a combined system of nitrogen-grouting-water injection, spraying resistance agents in the upper corner and implementing man-machine coordination monitoring at the same time. With the comprehensive fire prevention measures, the CO concentration in return air flow has dropped to 15ppm and the temperature at the rear of the support has been around 25℃, which is effective to ensure the smooth and safe dismantling.
