有限元法在连续梁落架方案可行性模拟中的应用

摘要 以某铁路客运专线上的一联预应力混凝土连续梁桥为对象,采用有限元分析软件MIDAS/Civil建立连续梁桥模型,通过改变边界条件的方法来模拟各种工况,得出不同工况下梁体的应力、变形和支座处支座反力。结果表明:土模边跨横向的不均匀落架会造成跨中区出现较大拉应力,应横向对称拆除;不移除土模时,拆除右边跨和中跨比仅拆除中跨产生的压应力要小;在拆架前对梁体进行临时堆载,降低未落架梁跨的上挠。 Taking a prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge on a passenger dedicated line as the object, the finite element analysis software MIDAS/Civil was used to establish the model of continuous beam bridge. Various working conditions were simulated by changing the boundary conditions, and the stress and deformation of the beam under different working conditions and the reaction force at the bearing were obtained. The results show that unevenly removing the support at the lateral of the earth formwork will cause a large tensile stress in the middle area, so the removal should he horizontally symmetric; when the earth formwork is not removed, the compressive stress produced by dismantling the right cross and the middle span is smaller than that by only dismantling the middle span; the upward bending of the beam can be reduced by temporarily stacking the toad before removing the support.
