芦岭煤矿9#煤层多源多汇采空区自燃预警技术研究

摘要 基于分布式光纤测温系统为主,束管气体监测系统、数值模拟为辅的方法,对芦岭煤矿II925工作面瓦斯综合治理条件下多源多汇采空区的温度、气浓度变化规律进行了监测,对采空区流场数值模拟结果进行了分析,对采空区自燃"三带"分布进行了讨论。总结出分布式光纤测温预警系统具有灵敏、可靠、准确、连续性等优点,弥补了束管监测系统单一、无法定位、抽象等缺点,进一步完善了煤矿采空区自燃预警技术,对煤矿防灭火工作具有指导意义。 Based on the main method of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement system and the auxiliary method of bundle tube monitoring system and numerical simulation, the variation laws of temperature and concentration in multi-source and multi-congruence goaf under the condition of gas comprehensive treatment in No. II925 workface of Luling Coal Mine were monitored, then the numerical simulation results of goaf flow field were analyzed, at last the dis- tribution of spontaneous combustion “three zone” in goal was discussed. According to the re- search on early warning technology of distributed optical fiber temperature measurement about spontaneous combustion of goaf, the system was sensitive, reliable, accurate and continuous, which recover the weakness of bundle tube monitoring system. The methods perfected the early warning technology of spontaneous combustion in goaf, and made a guiding significance to the fire prevention work in coal mine.
