煤矿矸石山灭火治理与自燃预警技术研究 被引量:12

摘要 为有效治理煤矿矸石山的自燃及防止灭火后的矸石山二次复燃,从矸石山自燃原理、灭火方法和灭火材料选择等方面进行了分析。以石灰、黄土、粉煤灰、电石渣为注浆材料,采用注浆法和自主研发的温度在线检测、远程无线传输和温度超限报警的自燃预警技术装置,对寺河煤矿自燃矸石山进行了灭火和自燃预警应用,取得了良好效果。 In order to effectively control spontaneous combustions of the mine coal rejects hill and to prevent the secondary combustion of the coal rejects hill after the combustion of the mine coal rejects hill controlled, the analysis was conducted on the spontaneous combustion principle of the coal rejects hill, the selections of the fire extinguishing methods and the fire extinguishing materials and others. The grou- ting method with the grouting materials of the limestone, loess, fly ash and carbide slag and the spontaneous combustion early warning de- vice with the temperature on-line detection, remote wireless transmission and temperature over limit alarming were applied to the fire ex- tinguishing of the spontaneous combustion coal rejects hill in Sihe Mine and excellent effects were obtained.
