摘要
针对传统煤矿气体检测中存在网络结构固定、通信成本高、维护困难等问题,提出基于改进路由算法Zigbee技术的煤矿气体检测系统。传感器节点负责采集有害气体浓度,并通过Zigbee网络将数据发送给监控分站,最终传给地面监控主站。给出了硬件设计和软件实现;设计了一种新的路由算法,改进算法路由存在跳数过大的问题。通过试验证明,该装置具有可靠性高、自动化水平高、运行费用低等优点。
For traditional mine gas monitor have the problems of fixed network structure, high communication cost, difficult maintenance. A gas monitoring system based on improved routing algorithm Zigbee technology is proposed. Sensor nodes responsible for information collection of concentration of harmful gases. The collection data are send to monitoring substation through the Zigbee network, and finally pass monitoring master on e ground. The systematic hardware design and software realization are analyzed. A improved routing algorithm is designed, Which minimizes the inefficient hops in existing routing methods. The Zigbee parameter settings are introduced. The experiment shows that device have advantages of strong robustness, high level automation, low operating cost.
