准能露天矿井田范围内小煤窑自燃火区探测及综合治理技术实践与研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对神华准能露天矿井田范围内多处小煤窑出现的自燃火区,在分析煤层自燃原因和特征的基础上,通过多种手段测定了地表温度、裂隙塌陷范围、烧变岩范围、露头燃烧范围、探测孔温度及气体等,确定了火源的位置、范围及发展趋势,结合火区的实际,提出以黄土分层覆盖碾压、火区边界打钻灌浆隔离、火区深部钻孔注黄泥浆、火区浅部注胶、局部煤层露头火剥挖为主,塌陷区平整、火区(塌陷区)内灌注黄泥浆为辅的综合灭火技术方案,并在现场进行了实施。现场应用效果表明,该方法工艺简单、针对性强,灭火效果明显。 Aimed at several coal spontaneous combustion areas existing in the different small coalmines in the range of coal field of Shenhua Zhunneng open-pit mine, the location and scope of fire source as well as fire development trend were determined by via a variety of measures such as the determinations of surface temperature, fracture collapse range, burnt rock zones, outcrop burning area and the detection of borehole temperature and gases, based on the analysis of causes for the spontaneous combustion o{ coal seam and its characteristics. According to the actual situ- ation of fire areas, the comprehensive control measures were proposed, that is loess laminated covering and rolling, grouting isolation at the boundary of fire area, yellow mud grouting in the deep part of fire areas, gel injection in the shallow part, and peeling and digging of outcrop fire, combined with the smoothing of collapse area and yellow mud grouting in the fire area. The prac- tice showed that these measures are simple, flexible, targeted, with good effect of fire extin- guishment.
