摘要
煤自燃过程表征因素具有多样性和差异性,为研究多因素下煤自燃低温氧化临界温度指标及其关联性,基于绝热氧化试验和程序升温试验,确定了TJ、TCO、TO2、TC2H4和TC2H6五个煤自燃低温氧化临界温度指标,然后通过公式推理和线性拟合对7个煤样在不同因素下的自燃低温氧化临界温度指标进行分析计算,并应用相关性分析和聚类分析方法研究了各指标间的关联性。结果表明:各指标从不同侧面反映了煤自燃低温氧化临界温度,不同煤样的低温氧化临界温度不同;TJ、TO2、TCO和TC2H4四个指标变化趋向一致、相关性高,而TC2H6指标与其他4个指标的相关性差,表征效果不理想。
Characterization factors of coal spontaneous combustion were diverse and different. Correlativity between indexes of coal spontaneous combustion critical temperature with low temperature oxidation was studied.Based on temperature-programmed experiment and isola- ted heat oxidation experiment, the paper determined five critical temperature indexes TJ、TO2、TCO、TC2H4 and TC2H6. The indexes value of seven coal samples were calculated through formula reasoning and linear fitting.The correlation analysis and cluster analysis were used to analyze relevance between various indexes.The results showed that the indexes could reflect critical temperature from different aspects, crit- ical temperatures of different coal samples with low temperature oxidation were different.The variation tendency of TJ、TO2、TCO and TC2H4 were the same and had high correlativity, while. TC2H6 had poor correlativity with other indexes, the characterization effects was non-ideal.
