摘要 目的探索护理本科生的人格类型与专业认同的关系。方法研究一,方便抽取护理学本科生213名进行麦尔斯-布瑞格个性类型和专业认同问卷调查;研究二,随机选取32名学生参加反应/不反应内隐联想测验。结果护理本科生在外显态度与内隐态度上对该专业较为认同,但7名护理本科生专业认同出现了外显-内隐分离,在内隐层面上缺乏足够的认同。人格类型与专业认同之间存在一定关联,部分人格维度可作为判断护理本科生专业认同状况的有效变量。结论学校应采取相应的措施对护理本科生进行专业教育,以提高其专业认同,防止护理人才流失。 Objective To determine the relationship between personality types and professional identification among undergraduate nursing students.Methods Totally 213 undergraduate nursing students were investigated with Myers -Briggs Type Indicator(MBTT) and Professional Identification Inventory.Then,32 students were randomly selected to take the Go/No-go Association Test.Results The results indicated that implicit and explicit identification of undergraduate nursing students were roughly identical,but seven students had remarkable dissociations.Nursing students' types of personality were related with professional identification.Some types of personality could be used as effective variables to discriminate the status of professional identification.Conclusion Targeted measures should be taken to improve undergraduate nursing students' professional identification and prevent the loss of nursing talents.
