摘要
目的:为预防和缓解护理专职教师职业倦怠而构建有效心理模型。方法:对甘肃省216名护理专职教师进行职业倦怠及人格、社会支持的调查,分析人格及社会支持各因子与职业倦怠各维度的相关性。结果:职业倦怠的"情绪衰竭"和"个人成就感"2维度较为突出;人格的"神经质""外向"因子与"情绪衰竭"和"个人成就感"有相关性、"掩饰"因子与"个人成就感"有相关性,以及社会支持总分等4因子与"情绪衰竭"和"个人成就感"有相关性。结论:需统合综效护理专职教师的人格及社会支持因素,以构建有效心理模型。
Objective: To build effective psychological model in order to prevent and alleviate job burnout of full-time nursing teachers. Methods: A total of 216 full-time nursing teachers were recruited in Gansu province and investigated by MBI-human services survey, EPQ-R Short Scale and Social Support scale, to analyze the correlation of different factors of personality and social support and the dimension of job burnout. Results: The dimensions of "emotional exhaustion" and "personal accomplishment" were more prominent than others in job burnout; "nervosity" and "extroversion" of the personality were correlated to "emotional exhaustion" and personal accomplishment, "deception" factor was related to "personal accomplishment", social support scales and other four factors were correlated to the dimensions of "emotional exhaustion" and "personal accomplishment", and the differences had statistical meaning. Conclusion: Effective psychological models are constructed by integrating the personality and social support factors.
