摘要
提升"对口择业意愿"是促专业教育与就业岗位高度匹配的重要途径。通过758份大学在校生问卷调查,利用多重中介模型等统计方法,对"专业认同"影响"对口择业意愿"的效应程度及作用机制进行了分析。研究发现:"专业认同"影响"对口择业意愿"的过程同时具有直接效应和间接效应;随着专业认同程度的加深,对口择业意愿趋于强烈,同时以"行业认知"和"职业认知"为途径,二者之间存在显著的多重中介作用机制;受到个体特征因素影响和"新冠疫情"冲击,"父母为体制外工作人员"和"个体对专业兴趣的持续关注"将促进学生对口择业意愿,但"新冠疫情"也使在校大学生出现转变择业意愿的想法。
To promote the willingness to choose the right job is an important way to promote the matching of specialty education and employment position.Based on 758 questionnaires of college students,this paper analyzes the degree and mechanism of the effect of specialty identity on competent willingness to choose a career by using multiple regression model,multiple intermediary model and Heterogeneity test,.It is found that the process of specialty identity influencing competent willingness to choose a career has both direct and indirect effects,and with the deepening of specialty identity,the competent willingness for career choice intention tends to be strong,at the same time,industry cognition and occupational cognition are taken as the approaches,and there are significant multiple mediating mechanisms between them,which are influenced by individual characteristic factors and COVID-19 Epidemic,the parents who are workers outside the system and the individual’s continuous attention to professional interest will promote students’willingness to choose a career,but COVID-19 Epidemic also makes college students change their willingness to choose a career.
