摘要
当前,在电站设备成套工程领域中,FCB(Fast Cut Back)功能受到越来越多的重视,甚至被认为是一些涉外电站EPC项目的最大技术风险。对比分析各种启动方式的技术特点,研究、分析了在汽轮机极热态条件下实现FCB功能的几种基本技术路线,提出中压缸启动方式对传统引进型机组FCB功能有很强的适应性。该技术路线可突破原方案FCB运行时对运行时间的限制,同时具有风险可控、操作简便、造价经济等多种优势,在未来涉外工程领域具有广阔的应用前景。
Fast Cut Back (FCB) function has been drawn more attention in the field of power station engineering nowadays. Moreover, it is even considered as the biggest technology risk in certain oversea EPC Projects. Through the comparison of various turbine start-up modes, several basic technical routes for realizing FCB function are analyzed. IP cylinder start-up mode is more adaptable in FCB function than traditional mode. The IP cylinder start-up mode could extend max. FCB operation duration limit, and it has several advantages such as low risk, easy operation, low cost and so on. This start-up mode in FCB will be widely applied in the future oversea project.
