摘要
阐述机组快速甩负荷(FCB)的现实意义,介绍外高桥2×900MW超临界机组的基本配置,分析机组采用全容量高压旁路系统,停机不停炉、停发电机不停汽轮机等单向连锁保护及特殊的厂用电切换方式,使机组具备了实现FCB功能的有利条件。同时还分析了低压旁路容量偏小、FCB过程中工质不平衡、汽动给水泵汽源需快速切换、控制系统不完善等存在的问题及解决方案。介绍全真实运行工况的50%、70%及100%负荷的FCB试验情况,试验的成功,证实了火电大机组实现FCB功能的可行性。
The significance of unit fast cut back (FCB) was explained, and the basic equipment configuration of 2×900 MW supercritical units in WGQ Power Plant was introduced. The advantageous conditions to realize FCB function were reached by using a full capacity HP bypass system, one-way interlock protection such as stopping the turbine without shutdown of the boiler and stopping the generator without shutdown of the turbine, and a special switching mode for service power. The author analyzed the existing problems of LP bypass capacity insufficient, working medium unbalanced during FCB, control system imperfect, as well as the problems with fast steam-supply switch for the turbine-driven feedwater pump etc., and suggested the solutions to them. FCB tests under the real operating conditions with 50%, 70%, and 100% load were presented. The success of the tests proves the feasibility of FCB function for large coal-fired power generation units.
