某超临界双抽背压供热机组停机不停炉稳定供汽研究

Research on Stable Steam Supply of a Supercritical Double-extraction Back-pressure Heating Unit Under the Condition of Steam Turbine Tripping Without Boiler Shutdown

摘要 在某超临界双抽背压供热机组停机不停炉工况下,对机组高压旁路调节阀的控制方式和高压旁路调节阀调节对象的自动切换方式进行研究.采用多级脉冲控制技术实现高压旁路调节阀的全行程控制.结果表明:利用汽轮机跳闸信号自动触发高压旁路调节阀调节对象切换器,实现了主蒸汽和再热蒸汽作为供汽汽源的无扰切换.同时,利用汽轮机跳闸信号触发锅炉快速减负荷,实现了机组整体安全稳定运行.该研究实现了机组在汽轮机跳闸、锅炉运行工况下稳定供汽的功能. The control mode of the high-pressure bypass control valve and the automatic switching mode of its adjustment object were studied under the condition of steam turbine tripping without boiler shutdown of a supercritical double-extraction back-pressure heating unit.Multistage pulse control technology was used to realize the full stroke control of the high-pressure bypass control valve.Results show that,the steam turbine trip signal is used to automatically trigger the adjusting object switcher of high-pressure bypass control valve,which can realize the non-disturbance switching of the main steam and the reheat steam as the steam supply source.At the same time,the steam turbine trip signal is used to trigger the rapid load reduction of the boiler,which can realize the overall safe and stable operation of the unit.This research realizes the function of stable steam supply of the unit under the condition of steam turbine tripping and boiler operating.
