摘要
供热机组在运行过程中有时会因汽轮机或厂用电系统异常而出现需停机但无需停炉的情况,为了保证操作的安全便捷,通常直接将机组停运。如果故障能够在短时间内快速消除,实现停机不停炉的安全可靠操作,使机组快速重新启动,将极大节省运营成本。选取比较了有代表性的600 MW超临界机组,对停机前准备、机组停运过程、汽轮机打闸后相关参数变化及风险点进行分析,提出通过加强锅炉侧受热面壁温、汽轮机冲转参数、锅炉燃烧、汽轮机反切缸控制等措施,实现停机不停炉操作。
In the operation process of the heating unit,sometimes due to the abnormal steam turbine or plant power system,there is no need to stop the furnace.In order to ensure the safety and convenience of operation,the unit is usually directly shut down.If the fault can be quickly eliminated in a short period of time,the safe and reliable operation of the shutdown furnace is realized,and the unit is quickly restarted,which will greatly save operating costs.The study selects and compares representative 600 MW supercritical units;analyzes the relevant parameter changes and risk points before shutdown,the unit shutdown process,and the steam turbine brake breaking;and proposes measures,such as promote the boiler side wall temperature,steam turbine impulse parameters,boiler combustion and steam turbine reverse cutting cylinder control,etc.,to realize the operation of unit without stopping.
