海外电厂实际运行中甩部分负荷FCB功能实现及控制策略 被引量:1

摘要 国外(特别是发展中国家)电网抗干扰能力差,经常出现电网震荡或负荷波动,容易出现电网甩负荷现象,其电厂普遍要求具备快速甩负荷(FCB)功能,最好是带甩部分负荷FCB功能。针对此需求,孟加拉帕亚拉(2×660 MW)燃煤电厂开创性提出带甩部分负荷功能的FCB控制方案并得到成功运用。以此电厂为例,对带甩部分负荷功能的FCB控制需求进行了说明,研究并提出甩部分负荷模式识别及其控制策略、控制方案,同时对带甩部分负荷FCB控制典型实例进行详细分析和说明。带甩部分负荷控制功能的FCB控制方案和控制策略在该电厂的成功运用证明此方案及控制策略正确、有效,能够给电厂带来极大经济效益和安全效益,这对其他海外同类型机组进行FCB功能设计具有较大参考意义。 Foreign(especially developing countries)power grids have poor anti-interference ability,often have power grid shocks or load fluctuations,and are prone to power grid load shedding.Their power plants generally require fast cut back(FCB)function,preferably with partial load shedding FCB Function.For this demand,Bengal Payra 1320 MW Thermal Power Plant Project creatively put forward the FCB control scheme with partial load rejection function and has been successfully applied.Taking the power plant as an example,the FCB control requirements with partial load rejection function are introduced.The partial load rejection pattern recognition and its control strategy and control scheme are studied and put forward.At the same time,a typical example of FCB control with partial load rejection is analyzed and explained in detail.The successful application of FCB control scheme and control strategy with partial load rejection control function in the power plant proves that this scheme and control strategy are correct and effective,and can bring great economic and safety benefits to the power plant,which has great reference significance for FCB function design of other overseas units of the same type.
