摘要
针对电力系统运行的需求,论述了实现火电机组FCB功能的必要性,并指出了火电机组实现FCB功能的关键技术与实现基础。以某台建设期未设计FCB功能的1 000MW火电机组为例,通过对实际系统配置情况的分析,提出了实现机组FCB功能的系统改造与控制逻辑设计方案和循序渐进开展FCB功能试验的步骤,给出了100%负荷FCB功能试验结果。试验结果证明提出的改造方法及实施方案是正确和有效的,并且具有改造周期短、成本低的优点,可为电网和机组带来巨大的安全效益和经济效益。
In this paper, the necessity of the fast cut back (FCB) function in thermal generation units is discussed according to the requirements of the power system operation, meanwhile, the key technologies and fundamentals to realize the FCB function are also put forward. Taking a 1000-MW unit with no FCB function designed in the construction period for example, the system modification and control logical design schemes as well as the testing procedures of the FCB function are proposed based on the analysis of the unit configuration. Then, the FCB test results under 100% load condition are obtained, which proves that the modification and implementation schemes are correct and effective with the advantages of short modification cycle and low cost and can bring security and economic benefits to the power grid and the unit itself.
