摘要
生物素作为参与机体三大代谢的重要物质,在饲养、医药、饮料食品、化妆品、发酵工业等行业中应用广泛。近年来,生物素的发展受到人们更多的关注,生物素的检测技术也有了飞速的发展。本文总结了生物素测定方法的研究现状,分别分析了各种方法的原理、适用范围、优缺点等,并列举了应用实例,对生物素检测方法进行了评价,对其未来的发展做了展望。
Biotin played an important role in the three important metabolism of the body, which was widely used in food stuff, medicament, feedstuff, zymolysis, fermentation, and so on. In recent years, more attentions were paid on the development of biotin, and the detection methods for biotin were also made great progress. The research status and development of the analysis of biotin were discussed, and the principle, application, advantages and disadvantages of the methods were briefly summarized.
