摘要
比较传统国标方法和新型试剂盒方法测定维B_(12)的含量差异。采用国标GB 5413.14—2010和试剂盒方法测试婴儿配方乳粉定量分析质控样品中维B_(12)的含量,对结果进行方法专属性、标准曲线线性、精密度、准确性和稳定性比较。结果表明,2种方法的专属性良好,标准曲线线性良好,相关系数R>0.99,符合GB/T27404—2008《实验室质量控制规范》的要求;2种方法测得定量分析质控样品中维B_(12)的含量均在满意范围内且接近质控样品特性值(5.09μg/100 g),2种方法的相对标准偏差<7.5%;精密度试验及稳定性试验中,2种方法的相对标准偏差均<5%。传统国标法与试剂盒法均稳定准确,其对维B_(12)的含量测定结果差异性不显著,可根据实验室的经济能力及实验室自身条件选择适当的方法进行测试。
The difference of Vitamin B_(12)was determined by traditional national standard method and new kit method.The infant formula milk powder was quantitatively tested by the national standard GB 5413.14—2010 and kit method,and the results were compared with specificity,standard curve linearity,precision,accuracy and stability.The results showed that the specificity of the two methods was good,the standard curve was good,and the correlation coefficient was R>0.99,which met the requirements of GB/T 27404—2008 Laboratory Quality Control Code;The content of Vitamin B_(12)in the quality control samples was within a satisfactory range and close to the characteristic value of the quality control samples(5.09μg/100 g).The relative standard deviation of the two methods was<7.5%.Conclusion the traditional national standard method and the kit method were stable and accurate,and the difference in the content measurement results of Vitamin B_(12)was not significant.Appropriate methods could be tested according to the economic ability of the laboratory and the conditions of the laboratory itself.
