摘要
少数民族地区教师教学低效,教学质量与教育发达地区差距大,主要原因是教师对有效教学的认识模糊,教学评价和教学策略存在诸多问题。少数民族地区教师要全面提高教学的有效性,首要问题是以马克思主义人学和人本主义需要理论为基础,全面把握素质教育的本质,深刻理解有效教学的本质特征,树立有效教学新观念。
In ethnic minority areas,teaching efficiency is low,and teaching quality lags far behind developed areas.This is mainly caused by the teachers' fuzzy understanding of efficient teaching and the problems existing in teaching evaluation and strategy.To improve teaching quality in an all-round way,teachers should fully grasp the core nature of quality education and efficient teaching and establish a new concept of effective teaching based on Marxist theory on people and humanist theory of necessity.
