摘要
拔尖创新人才的培养是提高自主创新能力、建设创新型国家的关键,是实施人才强国战略的重要内容。拔尖创新人才的培养,重点大学是主阵地,实力较强的地方高校也可以培养拔尖创新人才。本文针对我校应用型"卓越班"和学术型"挂榜班"运作模式,对地方高校拔尖创新培养模式进行了探索与反思,以期为我校及同类地方高校培养拔尖创新人才提供思路与借鉴。
To Train top-notch innovative talents is crucial both to enhance the capacity for independent innovation and to build an innovation-oriented country. It is also an important part of China’s strategy of reinvigorating the country through human resource development. In the process of training top-notch innovative talents, key universities and some local universities play the main roles. Based on the operation of the Excellent Future Teachers’ Class and the Guabang Top Talents’ Class, two experimenting classes to train top-notch innovative talents in Yulin Normal University, this paper is to explore and reflect the training mode for top-notch innovative talents in local universities in the hope of providing ideas and examples for the university and other similar colleges.
