摘要
针对低压铸造机保温炉内的压力控制,应用PLC作为主控制模块,通过模糊PID算法等实现炉内压力随工艺曲线有效拟合,从而保证低压铸造生产工艺的高效稳定性。
Aimed at the pressure control in the holding furnace of low-pressure casting machine, taking PLC as a main control module, the pressure in the furnace was effectively fitted with the process curve by fuzzy PID algorithm, so as to ensure the efficient and stability production of low pressure casting process.
