摘要
建立了焊缝自动跟踪控制系统,给出了设计的传感器控制量、焊炬的控制量。MatlAB仿真验证结果表明,应用的PID和模糊控制是可行的,可以在发挥各自的优点的同时,完成设计需要。
The thermal process automation control of seam tracking system were established, and the control volumes of sensor and welding torch were designed, respectively. The results of MatlAB simulation validation show that the application of PID and fuzzy control is viable, which can play to their respective advantagesin to complete the needs in design.
