摘要
在低压铸造过程中,金属液面压力的控制是保证铸件质量的重要前提。随着控制手段的进一步发展,设计出一种能够自反馈的充型信号发生器装置是非常必要的。本文结合低压铸造过程中液面加压的基本规律,利用压力传感器检测液面压力并反馈,结合PLC/PID控制,发出控制信号,实现液面压力信号的发生。这对于实际生产具有一定的经济效益。
In the low pressure casting process, the metal surface pressure control is an important prerequisite to ensure the quality of castings, with the further development of the means of control, a way to self-feedback filling signal generator was designed.
