摘要
根据不同铸件的生产需要,分别对低压、差压和调压铸造设备的气路控制系统进行研究,并在此基础上设计了一体化反重力铸造气路控制系统。这些系统结构紧凑、成本较低,提高了反重力铸造设备的实用性。
In order to meet the needs for production of different castings, the pneumatic control systems for low-pressure casting, differential-pressure and pressure-adjusted casting equipment were investigated separately. Based on the investigation, an integrative pneumatic control system for counter-gravity casting equipment has been designed and built up. This system has many advantages, such as compact structure, low-cost etc. which improve the practicability of the counter-gravity casting equipment.
