摘要
使用中频感应炉熔化,坩埚保温炉变质精炼的熔炼方法,采用阶梯底注式浇注系统,用V法铸造ZL101A-T6铝合金耐压罐体,结果发现,此工艺减少了铝液二次氧化带来的夹渣,消除了法兰密封面弥散性针孔和大片网状气缩缺陷,解决了因壁厚不均产生缩松造成气密性差的问题,通过批量生产验证,一次检漏合格率达到92%以上。研究结果同时也为今后V法铸造铝合金耐压罐体铸件提供了技术保证。
ZL101A-T6 aluminum alloy wJnstand tank body by V modeling casting was studied by ladder bottom injecting type gating system based on the modification and refined in the intermediate frequency furnace and. crucible insulation furnace. The results show that slag bringed by second oxidize of aluminum liquid is decreased. And pinholes of flange and network shrinkage defects are eliminated. Loose because of wall thick result in bad gas tightness problem is solved, the quantity of batch produces are verificatied that one check leak rate has attained above 92 % for several years. And the technology of aluminum alloy winstand tank body by V modeling casting is offered.
