摘要
研究并建立了乳粉中铝的检测方法。采用干法灰化对乳制品进行前处理,以铬天青s分光光度法在640nm波长下比色定量。铝在0~6mg/kgN,其吸光度与质量浓度之间的回归方程为y=0.167x-0.008,相关系数r=0.999,方法的精密度RSD在2.32%-3.60%之间,加标回收率在95.75%-102.35%之间。此方法简便省时,灵敏稳定,干扰少,准确可靠。
To study and estabhshment of aluminum detection methods in the milk powder, The dry ash method for preprocessing of milk powder in order to Chrome Azurol S Spectrophotometry in the 640 nm wavelength colorimetric quantification. In the 0~6.0 mg/kg Alu- minum, its absorbance and the concentration of the regression equation y=0.167x-0.008, a correlation coetticient of 0.999, RSD of 2-32- 3.60%(n=6), recoveries were 95.75~/~102.35%. The method is simple and time-saving, sensitive and stable, less interference, accurate and reliable.
