摘要
样品的前处理技术对分析结果的准确性影响较大。本试验利用成功合成的磁性碳纳米复合材料为净化剂,联用电感耦合等离子体质谱法建立一种同时测定奶粉中5种微量元素的样品前处理方法。试验结果表明,方法的平均回收率为89.99%~92.17%,相对标准偏差<5%,最低检出限为0.025~0.086μg·mL^(-1)。与传统技术相比,优化样品前处理方法应用于奶粉中微量元素快速检测具有操作简单、吸附能力强、成本低等优势,实现了富集分离一体化。
The pretreatment technology of samples has a great influence on the accuracy of analytical results.A sample pretreatment method for simultaneous determination of five trace elements in milk powder was established by using successfully synthesized magnetic carbon nanocomposites as purifying agent and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The results showed that the average recovery of the method was 89.99%~92.17%,the relative standard deviation was less than 5%,and the minimum detection limit was 0.025~0.086μg·mL^(-1).Compared with traditional technology,the optimized sample pretreatment method applied to the rapid detection of trace elements in milk powder has the advantages of simple operation,strong adsorption capacity and low cost,and realizes the integration of enrichment and separation.
