摘要
目的:为快速、灵敏、简便的检测祛斑类化妆品中禁用物质氢醌、苯酚的含量,建立二极管阵列检测器高效液相色谱分析法。方法:用甲醇溶解,超声波提取样品后,在适当的色谱条件下,用紫外吸收谱图和保留时间定性测定。结果:该法线性良好,相关系数氢醌为r1=0.9997,苯酚r2=0.9999;氢醌回收率为94.5%-95.7%,苯酚回收率为98.8%-100%。结论:方法分离效果好,简便快捷,灵敏度高,重复性好,适用于各类化妆品中氢醌、苯酚测定,为首选方法。
Objective: To determine the hydroquinone and phenol in freckle removing cosmetics with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC), the method of diode array detector HPLC was established. Metheods: The sample was dissolved with methanol after ultrasonic extraction. In proper chromatographic conditions, the qualitative analysis was based on the retention time and UV graph.Results: The results showed that the method had great linearity.The respective corrdation of hydroquinone and phenol was 0.9997 and 0.9999 respectively.The recovery rate of hydroquinone was 94.5% - 95.7% and that of phenol was 98.8% - 100.0% .Conclusion: It mined out that the method had good separation, high sensitivity and good repetition. It could be the preferred method for determination of hydroquinone and phenol in freckle removing cosmetics.
