摘要
目的：对1997～2007年护肤类化妆品中氢醌、苯酚进行检测,为执法部门提供政策执行依据。方法：样品均采集于昆明市主要超市、一些地方性企业和昆明市的部分美容院。按照《化妆品卫生检验》、《化妆品卫生规范》中氢醌、苯酚测定方法执行。结果：10年间,苯酚合格率为100.0%;氢醌的合格率为73.7%～97.6%,情况有所好转。结论：化妆品市场仍然存在不少问题,违法添加氢醌的现象仍然存在,应引起卫生监督部门的充分重视,加大监管力度,杜绝化妆品生产销售中的违法行为。
Objective： To test hydroquinone and phenol in skin care cosmetic products during 1997 to 2007,and provide evidence and reference for law-enforcing departments.Methods：The samples were collected in the main supermarkets of Kunming City,some local enterprises and some beauty salons,and was performed in terms of the hydroquinone and phenol determination of ＂Cosmetics of Health Laboratory Technology＂ and ＂Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics＂.Results：In 10 years,phenol passing rates of 100.0%,hydroquinone passing rates of 73.7%～97.6%,the situation has been improved.Conclusion：There are still many problems of the hygienic status of cosmetic products.Add hydroquinone illegal phenomenon still exists.So supervision and monitoring on the cosmetic products should be strengthened.Health supervision department should attach the full attention,and to eliminate the production of cosmetics sales in the offence.
