摘要
目的 研究鸡胚尿囊绒膜 -苔盼蓝吸收 (CAM -TB)试验作为体内眼刺激试验 (Draizetest)的替代方法检测化妆品产品时眼刺激性的可行性。方法 用该方法对 17种化妆品的刺激性进行检测 ,与Draizetest的结果进行比较 ,作相关性分析。结果 CAM -TB与Draizetest的相关系数为 0 9375。结论 CAM -TB试验可作为Draizetest眼刺激试验的一种替代方法 ,用于评价化妆品对眼刺激性。
Objective To use the hen'egg test -chorioallantoic membra ne typan blue(CAM-TB)as an alternative method of Draize eye irritation test to t est the cosmetics eye irritation. Methods 17 cosmetics were tested using CAM-TB and Draize eye irritation test and the results were compared. Results The correlation coefficient between CAM-TB score and Draize eye irritation was 0.937?5.Conclusion CAM-TB can be used as an alternative method of Draize eye irritation to test cosmetics eye irritation.
