摘要 研究了用单扫描极谱法测定间甲酚含量的可能性,在0.03 mol/LNa2CO3-0.03mol/L NaHCO3-乙醇(pH=10.68)混合底液中,间甲酚在峰电位约为-0.86 V(vs SCE)时有一灵敏的二阶导数极谱波,其波高与间甲酚在2.0×10-5mg/L^8.0×10-4mg/L的浓度范围内呈线性关系;最低检测限为7.5×10-6mg/L。浓度为1.25×10-4mg/L时的相对标准偏差为1.6%,在浓度为2.0×10-5mg/L^1.0×10-4mg/L时的回收率为96.8%~101.33%。所得结果与分光光度法所测结果相符较好,相对标准偏差在分析方法允许的范围内。并对样品进行了分析,取得了较好的结果,说明这种方法具有一定的实用价值。 Single-Sweep polarography is used to analyze m-cresol. M-cresol can be determined in Na2CO3-NaHCO3-CH3CH2OH (pH=10.68) solution. Results show that the influences of temperature, static time of solution, acidity and surface active agents temperature are little. Under optimum conditions, its original potential is -0.50 V, final potential is -1.50 V, and peak potential is -0.86 V (vs. SCE). Wave height has a linear relationship with m-cresol while the concentration is between 2.0×10^-5mg/L and 8.0×10^-4mg/L. The minimum detection limit is 7.5×10^-6mg/L. At a concentration of 1.25×10^-4mg/L, relative standard deviation is 1.6%. At a concentration ranging from 2.0×10^-5mg/L to 1.0×10^-4mg/L, recovery rate is 96.8%-101.33%. The result is in agreement with that obtained using UV-VIS, and the relative standard deviation was allowable. This method has been proved successful.
