摘要
首先介绍了异步距异节奏流水施工的特点,提出多个施工层异步距异节奏流水施工的组织方法,得到流水施工工期计算公式,并通过3个具体实例加以详细说明,对《工程项目组织与管理》、《土木工程施工组织》等课程建设起到一定的促进作用。
The characteristics of flow construction with different pace and different rhythm are firstly introduced.An organization method was proposed which allows multiple floors to be constructed in flow construction with different pace and different rhythm,and the equation was provided to calculate the construction period.Its application was illustrated in detail with three examples.This work helps to improve the courses of construction organization and management,construction organization for civil engineering,etc.
